HI10 Security Integrations

The University of Antwerp (UA) reconfirms the collaboration with HI10.
UA and HI10 reconfirm the transfer of the spinoff results into the company HI10. In a new agreement University of Antwerp (UA) and HI10 Security Integrations thus reconfirm their proficient collaboration.
The result of this renewed commitment means that HI10 is now a full blown spinoff company of the University of Antwerp, and that the developed Java, Security and Cloud
Products are transferred in full ownership to the company.

More specifically, we are talking about the following products:

. Cloud Sign: high availability and elastic system for signing using digital signatures that
are stored securely in the public cloud
. Cloud Frame: system for offering high availability over different public clouds.
